Returns & Refunds

We'd like you to be happy with everything you purchase from us and we aims to always deliver high quality goods / products that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. We are happy to accept return and issue a refund, provided it is in a fully resalable condition along with their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, invoices or receipt and any accessories.

You must send the goods back to our below address at your own cost, unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective. In those cases we will bear the return delivery cost. Refunds and/or replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.

Should you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product with your proof of purchase, within 14 days without giving a reason beginning on the day after you receive the goods and we'll happily offer a replacement or refund. Please be aware that some products have different return time limits and exceptions when you change your mind. We do not refund or accept change of mind returns on certain products due to health and hygiene reasons (such as toothbrushes etc); personalised items; or unsealed software, DVDs and CDs. We ask that perishable food items are returned within their use by date / Best Before Date.

Please note, that we may not provide you with a full refund if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. You will need to take reasonable care of item(s) whilst they are in your possession (reasonable care includes inspecting an item, but would not extend to your opening and/or using it). If you damage items whilst they are in your possession, there may be a deduction from your refund.

We'll refund your money in the same way you paid for your product. By credit or debit card - Your money will go back onto the same card. If your item was purchased at an offer / promotional price, your refund will be based on that offer / promotional price. Refer our Promotion Policy for more details.

All refunds will be initiated only after we receiving the goods / products. All refund due will be processed and credited within 3 to 5 working days (or longer, depending on your bank or card issuer) of us receiving the goods / products. You acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible or liable to you in relation to this delay by your bank or card issuer in the release of funds back into your account.

Delivered different products

If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for collection and return. Products should be unused and in a fully resalable condition along with their original packaging with the original price tags, labels, invoices or receipt and any accessories.
